In this vital role, you will provide essential support to children and families involved in child welfare and foster care services. Your primary focus will be to assess needs, develop care plans, and ensure the safety and well-being of children through effective case management. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to determine needs related to child protective services, adoption, and child welfare. Develop individualized service plans that promote stability, safety, and permanency for children in foster care or awaiting placement. Monitor case progress regularly, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and agency policies.
