Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the assigned administrator, the School Climate Coordinator provides technical and program support to promote safe, inclusive, and engaging school environments aligned with the Community Schools framework. Supports the implementation of MTSS, restorative practices, and culturally responsive strategies and collaborates with staff, students, families, and community partners to assist with prevention efforts, targeted interventions, and student support services. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or an associate degree in a field related to counseling, social work, or health and wellness with four (4) years of experience working with youth, implementing behavioral and social-emotional interventions.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Documented training in counseling, restorative justice, or other related strategies.
- Wellness Coach Certification Copy of Transcript Letter of Introduction (Must be on Word or PDF document
