New Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Family Specialist to join our collaborative team. The HFW Family Specialist plays a vital role in the High Fidelity Wraparound process by partnering with families to build trust, foster engagement, and provide ongoing support throughout their Wraparound journey. As a key member of the Child and Family Team (CFT), you will help families identify their strengths, navigate community resources, develop natural supports, and build the skills needed to achieve long-term success. Working closely with HFW Facilitators and community partners, the Family Specialist advocates for family voice and choice while promoting hope, resilience, and positive outcomes.
