Care Manager I (CMI) Bachelor's in Social Work or related field $72K

• 84K Care Manager II (CMII) MSW or related Bachelor's degree plus 2 additional years of experience $85K
• 102K Care Manager III (CMIII) MSW or related clinical Master's degree (ex: MFT);

LCSW/LMFT

preferred or RN background $95K
