• Paid holidays and sick days About the Role Van Avery Prep offers a wide range of clubs and activities, and this role will direct and support the smooth facilitation of all clubs.

You will work with club leaders to ensure that all clubs have the administrative support they need (such as with budget, facilities, scheduling, etc.), communicate club offerings, and ensure safety protocols are followed. This role plays a crucial part in developing our vibrant school community and feeds our students' passion and interest in a diverse range of areas.

Responsibilities Include:

• Administration for club activities including budget and facilities
• Recruiting and encouraging faculty and staff involvement in leading clubs
• Establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy nurturing environment for children.
• Plan, develop, and oversee implementation of existing and new clubs
• Attending staff meetings, school programs, and in-service training.
