Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field Current license as an MFT or Social Worker in California Previous experience working within a school or educational setting is preferred Strong understanding of child and adolescent development Excellent counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with families, teachers, and staff
