Role:

Coordinated Family Support (CFS) is a new, innovative service for adults with disabilities who live with family. As a CFS Specialist, you'll: Teach life skills and support clients in reaching their personal goals Help with scheduling, case management, and advocacy Lead fun and meaningful individual and group learning activities Connect families to community resources Celebrate and respect each client's unique culture, language, and needs

What You'll Need:

Bilingual (Spanish) - Required Associate's degree OR 3 years' experience in human services Valid driver's license (3+ years), clean driving record, and reliable vehicle Ability to pass background check and drug test (we cover the cost!) CPR & First Aid before hire (we'll pay for it!) Passion for advocacy and disability rights is a huge plus!
