Qualifications:

Current LCSW licensure in California. School social work credential (strongly preferred). Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a school, clinical, or community setting. Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based counseling services for students facing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges. Assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and document progress. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create safe and supportive school environments. Participate in IEP, 504, and multidisciplinary team meetings as necessary. Provide crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and preventive programming. Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community resources.
