Foster Care Coordinators are responsible for providing support and supervision to foster and kinship families. The Foster Care Coordinator ensures that safety, medical, educational, emotional, cultural and developmental needs of children and youth placed in our homes are being met. Foster Care Coordinators also ensure foster homes are in compliance with established procedures and state regulations as well as write and update SAFE home studies. SAFE Certification is preferred. Spanish speaking a plus. Kids Crossing offers opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment. Our staff members are hard working with a commitment to excellence. A trauma informed approach is a plus. Starting salary is $42,000 per year but is negotiable based on education and experience. Must be able to complete mandatory background checks.
