CHILD SERVICES CASE MANAGER

Evenings and Weekends as needed.

Elbert County, CO Pay Rang e: $22.00•$24.00 per hour Direct Contact $19.30 per hour Indirect Contact Who We Are At JusticeWorks, youth and families are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to doing "whatever it takes" to support youth success and strengthen families. About the Role JusticeWorks is seeking a dedicated Child Services Case Manager to provide direct case management services for children and their families. In this role, you will assess needs, develop service plans, coordinate resources, and advocate to ensure children receive the services and care necessary to achieve positive outcomes. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Services. Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree required Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle Ability to pass all required background clearances Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends What You'll Do Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of children and their families to identify needs, strengths, and challenges Develop individualized case plans and service plans aligned with each child's needs and goals Coordinate services and resources to support children and families Advocate on behalf of children to ensure access to appropriate services and care Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed JusticeWorks is an equal opportunity employer.
