To Be Determined Job Description Information Specific to position: The Poudre Football team and PSD Athletics are looking to hire 2 Aviation Students workers for an internship to fly drones and capture end zone game film at all their varsity football games, and potentially some PSD Middle School football games as well.
Pay Rate:
$15.00 /hr
Hours/day:
Hours will be submitted via timecard.
Work calendar days:
Varied The dates of the varsity football scrimmages and games are 8/14, 8/21, 8/29, 9/10, 9/18, 9/25, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/22 and 10/29. There could be additional middle school games on Tuesdays and Wednesday's that you're requested to work, and you could pick up additional hours. Duration of position: 2026-27 football season Benefits include: This is a non-benefited position To be qualified, you'll need your FAA Part 107 commercial sUAS (drone) certification, have a minimum of 20 sUAS logged flight hours, and pass a flight skills test. All students would be required to document each drone job using a sUAS flight log. It will also be important that you work with Coach Eric Tonkin to learn how to use the film software program Hudl to upload game film promptly. Coach Tonkin will be your evaluator for the course credit you can earn from this experience.
