Social Worker

EDU Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. This role provides support to students, families, and educators by addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs to promote academic success and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide counseling and support services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to promote student success Participate in IEP and 504 planning and meetings as needed Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to support student growth and well-being Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and licensing requirements

Qualifications:
