Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed School Social Worker for a contracted position in Fairfield County. As a contract professional, you will serve as a vital link between the school, the family, and the community, helping students overcome barriers to their academic success with the support of a dedicated staffing partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Services:

Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on social skills and emotional regulation. IEP/504

Participate in PPT meetings and develop social-emotional goals for students.

Crisis Management:

Conduct risk assessments and provide immediate support during school-wide or individual student crises.
