Until Filled West Hartford Public Schools seeks to fill a position for an Anticipated Social Worker (FTE 1.0) at the Post Secondary program for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Ideal candidate has experience supporting young adults to work on transition goals and objectives. Has strong communication skills and the desire to be a part of an active and collaborative team. Must hold appropriate CT certification (071). Please include a current resume, transcript, copy of certification and 3 letters of recommendation dated within the last 365 days. Excellent salary, benefits, and working conditions.
Salary:
