17, 14, 12 and 9 Are you a professional, enthusiastic, and highly proactive Household Manager looking to support a warm, dynamic family in Northwest DC? This family of six, with four children ages 17, 14, 12, and 9, is seeking to hire someone dependable and attentive who can confidently manage both household operations and afternoon family support while growing long-term with their evolving needs. Responsibilities include overseeing the home, meal planning and cooking, grocery shopping, making beds, organizing household spaces, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. In the afternoons, the role includes helping with school pick-ups and driving to sports practices (car provided), as well as preparing and serving dinner for the family. The ideal candidate is organized, capable, and takes initiative, with the flexibility to occasionally stay overnight when parents travel. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, supporting a busy household, and becoming a trusted, long-term part of a family team. Work Use Qualifications:
