QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's in Social Work or related field. At least 1 consecutive year of child welfare experience Experience working with children and families in social services context Organization and strong time management skills Valid driver's license with properly registered and insured vehicle Proficient in Microsoft Office
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Assessing the family and child(ren) using the Family Strengths and Needs Guide and Child Strengths and Needs Guide while helping the family develop a plan to mitigate the safety threats when safety threats are identified. 2. Developing a Family Service Plan with the family that addresses the identified needs related to risk and safety of a caseload of up to 12 families. 3. Reviewing the progress on the Family Service Plan with the family. 4. Assisting the family in building a support network. and facilitating Family Team Meetings. 5.
