We are seeking a Social Worker to help lead the launch and implementation of our Level Up for Success Program, a long-term initiative focused on coaching refugees toward confidence, growth and self-sufficiency. This is a leadership role centered on case management, coaching, and program development—not therapy. It is ideal for an experienced professional seeking meaningful work and the opportunity to help build an innovative program that creates lasting impact. About the Role The Social Worker will help develop and oversee a comprehensive case management model serving refugee and immigrant families for up to five years. This role will work closely with organizational leadership to implement, and grow a program that equips clients with the skills, resources, and support needed to thrive. The position also coordinates case consultations with our Project for Healing Mental Health Program staff to ensure clients receive holistic, trauma-informed care that addresses both practical needs and emotional well-being of those enrolled in the program. Key Responsibilities Help lead the launch, implementation, and ongoing growth of the program Oversee a long-term case management framework Supervise and support case management staff Utilize a coaching-based approach to client engagement and goal setting Collaborate with leadership to execute program strategy and vision Track outcomes and drive continuous program improvement Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and community partners As the program is building, manage a small caseload that includes performing intakes, client coaching sessions, home visits and transportation to appointments as needed Qualifications Master of Social Work (MSW) required; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) strongly preferred. Salary commensurate with credentials, licensure, and experience ($55,000-$70,000). Progressive experience in social work, case management, behavioral health, or community-based human services, including experience coordinating services for vulnerable populations. Demonstrated leadership and program development experience Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and adapt programs High integrity, emotional intelligence, and cultural humility Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills Coaching training or experience preferred Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required Multicultural experience preferred Passion for serving refugees and immigrants in a collaborative, mission-driven environment To Apply Submit a resume and cover letter.
