Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. LSW licensure strongly preferred. Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred. Knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities. Communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
