Monticello Nursing and Rehab Center is looking for a dedicated Social Services & Activities Director to join our team. 1780 N Jefferson St, Monticello, FL 32344

Social Services & Activities Director Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social service programs to meet the emotional and social needs of residents. Coordinate and facilitate engaging activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Work closely with residents and their families to assess individual needs and preferences. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support for residents. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to social service programs and resident participation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Recreation Therapy, or related field preferred. Experience working in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred. Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status. Please see the link to the new Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Education and Awareness website.
