POSITION OVERVIEW
Lead dementia respite groups and Brain Joggers cognitive wellness programs for older adults Meet with prospective participants and families to assess program needs Facilitate structured group sessions while encouraging engagement and social connection Maintain accurate documentation and program compliance Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults
COMPENSATION
Salary:
$60,000
  • 75,000 SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM No Weekends No On-Call Responsibilities

Employer Match Starting Day One Requirements:
Master of Social Work (MSW)
REQUIRED
Minimum Two Years of Experience Working with Older Adults
REQUIRED
