Programming Assists with the development and supervision of a developmentally approprie teen program th promotes the social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth of children and youth in the age cegories served. At the Youth Director's direction, the incumbent: Inities and implements personnel actions and supports the YF Coordinor in order to assure quality reled to selection, assignments, training, promotions, disciplinary actions, and recognition of employees and volunteers.
