Full-Time Job Summary:
Community Reconstruction Inc. is seeking a dedicated and dependable Case Manager/Life Coach for our In-School Expansion Program. This position will work directly with students to provide mentorship, case management, life skills support, and guidance that promotes academic success, positive decision-making, and personal growth. The Case Manager/Life Coach will support youth during the school day and assist with program activities, documentation, student engagement, and communication with school staff, families, and program leadership.
Responsibilities:
Provide case management and life coaching services to youth participants. Build positive relationships with students and help support their academic, social, and personal development. Assist students with goal setting, behavior improvement, life skills, and decision-making. Maintain accurate records, attendance, case notes, and required program documentation. Communicate with school staff, parents/guardians, and program leadership as needed. Support program activities, workshops, and student engagement efforts. Monitor student progress and provide follow-up support. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and program planning. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
Experience working with youth, students, families, or community-based programs. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to work well with middle and/or high school students. Must be dependable, professional, and able to work in a school-based environment. Case management, mentoring, social services, education, or youth development experience preferred. Background screening will be required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with at-risk youth or youth development programs. Knowledge of Broward County communities and school environments. Ability to motivate and encourage students. Strong computer and reporting skills.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, during school/program hours. Some flexibility may be required for meetings, trainings, or program events.
Pay:
$47,277.00 per year
