Supplemental Health Care is working with a Long Term Acute Care facility in Riviera Beach, Florida to hire Social Workers. Qualifications:

Active Social Worker Licensure/Certification in Florida American Heart Association BLS At least 1-year of experience as a Social Worker Prior experience in an LTAC is preferred

Social Worker Contract Details:

$1,586 - $1,741 per week• 13-week full-time contract with possibility of extension Long Term Acute Care facility

Key Responisibilities:

Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Social Worker services at the facility Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers •Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
