Join our team as a Super Leader in our after school care program at Manatee Bay or Indian Trace Elementary ! In this role, you will play a key part in creating an engaging and supportive atmosphere where children feel safe, respected, and excited to participate. Your energy, enthusiasm, and dedication will help shape the memories and experiences of the children we serve every day. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in daily after-school activities, including homework help, games, arts & crafts, sports, and enrichment programs. Ensure a safe and secure environment by following all safety procedures and program guidelines. Act as a positive role model by promoting respect, kindness, teamwork, and good decision-making. Support children's social and emotional growth through encouragement, patience, and guidance. Assist with program set-up, clean-up, and organization of materials. Employment:

To be eligible for hire, potential staff must: Be 18 years of age or older Prior experience in childcare, education, coaching, or youth programs is required. Have a High School Diploma or GED Clear a federal and local background check Be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language Be available school days from 1:30 pm until 5:15 pm Obtain a Social Security card and government-issued ID Enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about working with children. Responsibilities of a Super Leader (after hire) include, but are not limited to: Complete 40 hours of Child Care Courses within 1 year of employment (and begin those courses within the first 90 days of employment) Complete "Physician's Statement of Good Health" form by healthcare provider, upon hire Have a positive attitude!
