•Provide psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and discharge planning. Coordinate with medical teams, families, and community resources.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•GA LCSW; AHA BLS; 2 years of experience within specialty; Hospital-based experience
