Part-time, approximately 15 hours per week

Caseload:

About 24 students across four classrooms (two primary and two intermediary)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide social work services and support to K5 students displaying moderate to intensive behavioral needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized intervention plans Conduct assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention as necessary Document and maintain records in compliance with district guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive school climate

Qualifications:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Educator Certification in Georgia Previous experience as an LCSW within a school setting strongly preferred Ability to manage a caseload of young children with behavioral challenges Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team This contract opportunity offers meaningful engagement with a diverse group of young students in an educational system.
