GWA is an independent, Pre-K-12, independent, college-preparatory school located on 61 beautiful acres in Monroe, Georgia, less than one hour from the state capitol of Atlanta.

George Walton Academy seeks an engaging, energetic Lower School Testing Center Coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year.
Job Summary:
The Lower School Testing Center Coordinator is responsible for supervision of the lower school testing center.
Key Responsibilities:
Lower School Testing Center Management Oversee daily operations of the testing center, ensuring a quiet, structured environment. Coordinate student accommodations, scheduling, and materials for assessments, including utilizing the read aloud programs. Maintain communication with teachers and support staff regarding testing needs. Ensure compliance with school testing procedures. Manage LS standardized assessment implementation. Assist in standardized testing across all divisions. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working in an elementary school and pre-school setting. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to supervise young children and enforce school policies effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs throughout the day. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work as an integral part of a team.
