Master Social Worker

Connected Roots Youth Counseling Services, LLC is dedicated to providing therapy services to children, youth, and families. We are currently seeking Master's-level Social Workers (MSW) to serve clients in Coweta County and neighboring areas. This position offers flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating Individual, Family and Group sessions using various treatment modalities. At Connected Roots, we work collaboratively with youth and their families in their homes and communities, emphasizing culturally competent, strength-based, and family-driven care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs. Develop, implement, and update Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in alignment with client goals and clinical best practices. Deliver culturally competent and sensitive services to diverse populations, particularly Black and Brown communities across various ages and economic backgrounds. Facilitate group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches. Provide family therapy and support services as appropriate to strengthen family systems. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in TherapyNotes, including progress notes, treatment plans, and consent forms. Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes. Collaborate with referral sources, schools, courts, and community partners to coordinate client care. Demonstrate a strong commitment to empowering clients and their families to foster growth, resilience, and independence. Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

Master's in Social Work (MSW) Ability to work effectively with diverse communities in a culturally sensitive manner Experience with group therapy is preferred
