Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES I. JOB SUMMARY
Performs functions related to enhancing the social and emotional functioning of patients and their families within The Queen's Medical Center (QMC) and/or out-patient services. Performs duties in accordance with departmental and Medical Center policies and procedures.

IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A.
EDUCATION
Master's degree in Social Work..
B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE
Current Hawaii State license as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Hawaii State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred. Current BLS certification.
C. EXPERIENCE
