JOB DETAILS POSITION SUMMARY
•LMSW Social Worker
POSITION DUTIES
•Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

LMSW BLS 2
years social work experience in an acute hospital setting Acute hospital experience during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
