Job Description

School Social Worker providing comprehensive support services to students during a 39‑week contract. Responsible for assessing needs, developing plans, and collaborating with staff to improve student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive social work services to students within the school setting. Assess student needs and develop tailored support plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to implement student‑centered strategies. Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions. Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field. State licensure or certification as a School Social Worker or School Social Work License. Minimum of 1 year of school social work experience. Ability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Background check clearance. Excellent collaboration skills. Empathy, patience, and adaptability.
