Key Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution State licensure or eligibility for school social work certification Previous experience as a school social worker highly valued Strong understanding of child development, mental health, and the unique challenges faced by school-aged youth Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educational teams
