Position:
Develop a supportive relationship with clients and assist children and families in addressing needs and meeting goals with the overall objective of achieving solutions that promote stability and permanency. A Typical Day as a
Community Outreach On-Call Advocate:
Work with children, teens, adults, and families who are experiencing crisis Provide positive intervention, stabilization, de-escalation, and conflict management using a trauma-informed and family centered approach. Document all services delivered to track client progress and plan for achievement of established goals.
Work Hours:
Schedule is flexible and non-traditional; based around the availability of youth and families served Does the Following Apply to You? High School Diploma or GED Child Welfare Experience (preferred)
Additional Qualifications:
