Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Active (or eligibility for) state licensure as a School Social Worker. Previous experience in school-based or educational settings strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptable, proactive, and compassionate attitude when working with students, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families for student success. Develop and support intervention strategies, IEP/504 plans, and crisis management. Engage in case management, documentation, and maintaining confidentiality of records.
