Job Description

  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a dedicated
  • School Social Worker
  • to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs within a school-based setting. This individual will collaborate with educators and a multidisciplinary team to help students succeed academically and personally through targeted interventions and support services.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Provide
  • social-emotional support
  • to students in the school environment + Conduct
  • social casework evaluations
  • for initial and re-evaluations + Assist in the development and implementation of
  • IEPs and IHPs
  • + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff + Identify and address students' social and emotional challenges + Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Minimum Requirements
