Job Description
Responsibilities Shape the future of behavioral health care throughout the Forest Park community by joining our extraordinary team at Riveredge Hospital. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Program Therapist Full Time for Riveredge Hospital. Apply online today. The Program Therapist provides the delivery and documentation of age/population specific psychotherapy and social services. This is inclusive of but not limited to providing group, individual, and family therapy, participating in clinical staffings with clinical treatment team, providing case management and discharge planning services as needed, collateral contact with families, schools, and other agencies, providing utilization management services with covering insurance entities, providing crisis management as needed, and documentation of all services provided. Reports to the Director of Social Services.
