School Social Worker Key Responsibilities:
Address the social work needs of 504 and general education students Actively participate in 504 plan meetings Coordinate and monitor SEL screener data for all students Liaise and collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive student support Foster positive, productive relationships among staff, students, and families
