Full-time About Us We are a child and adolescent mental health practice specializing in pediatric counseling, play therapy, and behavioral therapy for children ages 3-18. Our therapists focus 100% on clinical care — we handle scheduling, billing, marketing, and supplies so you can focus on what you do best: helping kids thrive. Why Join Our Team? Flexible Scheduling- 5 days per week (must see minimum of 25 clients/week). Please note that since we are a pediatric practice, majority of your hours will start after school. Hourly pay
- $55•60 per client hour Full admin support Meaningful work•serve children and teens with emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs What You'll Do Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, play therapy, parent training, trauma-informed care) for children ages 3-18 Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans Collaborate with parents, schools, and healthcare providers Document clinical sessions in our electronic medical records (EMR) system in compliance with HIPAA Support families with behavioral modification strategies and parenting tools Engage in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications Required:
Master's degree in Social WorkLCSW, MSW/LSW
- Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois (active and in good standing) 1+ years of experience in clinical counseling or child therapy Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work with mild to moderate psychological presentations in children/adolescents Knowledge of child development, behavioral interventions, and coping strategies Must pass background check Schedule Full-time, in-person (Hinsdale, IL) Flexible 5 Day Schedule Must maintain minimum of 25 client sessions/week Compensation & Benefits $55•60 per client hour Paid time off Professional development assistance Career advancement opportunities Supportive, collaborative culture
