Month Position Description:
Knowledge of integrating services into the classroom Chair IEP meetings and manage caseload. Complete required documentation and data collection necessary for IEP reports and goals. Assist the administrative team in establishing a school climate which encourages good conduct, positive attitudes and values for all students. Build positive relationships with students, parents and staff members. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff members, parents, and students. Work collaboratively within a team environment. Meet regularly with teachers, paraprofessionals and specialists to discuss individual student's modifications or adaptations, ongoing learning issues, interventions or problems. Work collaboratively to ensure interventions are effective. Participate in staff development and school improvement activities in order to maintain professional growth. Plan and incorporate best practices or new strategies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Please refer to the attached job description.
Qualifications:
Valid State of Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate School Social Worker endorsements registered in Will County Certificate of good health signed by a licensed medical provider
