Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address student needs Assess students for social, behavioral, or emotional concerns and develop intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being Support crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and restorative practices within the school Maintain thorough documentation and comply with relevant school and state guidelines Empower students to develop coping skills and thrive academically and socially
