For more information please visitÂwww.andersonsinc.com. Position Summary This position is responsible for performing operational tasks related to the receiving storage cleaning packaging and shipping of grain. Key responsibilities could include conducting inspection activities such as probing trucks and operating grain handling and receiving equipment at truck dump locations. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment through general housekeeping tasks including bin cleanup and sweeping grain pits. Operations Workers will be on their feet for extended periods and frequently lift push or pull up to 75 pounds. The position responsibilities could require Operations Workers to climb stoop and kneel or perform duties working at heights up to 180 feet. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and may involve exposure to dust fumes moderate noise and uneven surfaces. This position is well suited for motivated individuals with a farm construction or general labor background who are willing to learn work as part of a team and flex their schedule during peak harvest periods.
