Job Description

About This Role Pennington Park Church is experiencing exciting growth, both as a congregation and a Students ministry. In light of that we are seeking a passionate, driven leader to help shape the next generation of disciples. The High School Coordinator/Director will play a key role in maintaining, growing and leading a thriving, gospel-centered high school ministry (grades 9-12), working closely with the Pastor of Students and alongside our Middle School Coordinator. This is not simply a programmatic role
  • it is a shepherding, leadership, and vision-driven opportunity.
You will help cultivate an environment where students are known, loved, challenged, and sent. From weekly gatherings to milestone moments like graduation, you will lead a ministry that forms students into lifelong followers of Jesus. You will oversee all aspects of the high school ministry while also contributing to the broader Students Ministry (5th-12th grade), helping ensure a cohesive and intentional discipleship pathway for every student. Current Ministry and Team Realities Pennington Park currently has a Students Pastor and a Middle School coordinator, who work together to oversee a growing and dynamic Students Ministry of approximately 60 5th/6th graders, 135 students (7th-12th graders), and 55 volunteer leaders. With the church having recently completed a $5.6 million building expansion project, and the Students Ministry having grown from 15-20 students in 2022 to it's present size today, it's the perfect time to join our team! The Big Picture You will take primary ownership of the high school ministry
  • dreaming, building, and executing a dynamic, engaging, and spiritually formative environment for students.

Teach and Make Disciples:
This role is deeply relational and spiritual in nature. You'll...
