Job Description
Organization Healthier Moms and Babies is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to reduce infant mortality and improve outcomes in our community. Healthier Moms and Babies provides several comprehensive programs which are designed to educate, empower, and inspire participants to make positive changes to impact the outcome of the pregnancies, their lives and the lives of their families. Job Purpose Within Healthier Moms and Babies (HMB), reporting to the Prenatal Home Visitation Supervisor, the Spanish Bilingual Family Advocate provides health education and case management services to low-income, high-risk pregnant women, visiting them in their home to improve the outcome of pregnancies and reduce infant mortality.
