Job Description

Make a Meaningful Impact with Families At Iris Family Support Center, we are dedicated to strengthening families and supporting children through evidence-based, trauma-informed care. We are seeking a passionate Family Clinician (Therapist) to join our team and provide impactful, goal-oriented services to families in need. This role offers a unique opportunity to work both in-office and in the community, helping families build stability, resilience, and long-term success. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h31Yc6JUpQw) What You'll Do As a Family Clinician, you will deliver structured, time-limited clinical services and play a key role in driving positive outcomes for children and families. Key Responsibilities Provide therapeutic services including: Family assessments and intakes Crisis intervention and safety planning Treatment planning and goal-focused interventions Aftercare planning to support long-term success Deliver services in-office, in-home, and in community settings Maintain a caseload focused on non-comprehensive services aligned with DCS standards and court requirements Collaborate with key partners including courts, DCS, probation, foster parents, and
CASA/GAL
representatives Implement evidence-based practices with fidelity, including: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) Motivational Interviewing Nurturing Parenting Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Domestic Violence and Batterer's Intervention models Complete timely and accurate documentation (assessments, progress notes, treatment plans) Track and monitor outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development What We're Looking For We're looking for clinicians who are compassionate, adaptable, and committed to making a difference in complex family systems.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field License eligible in Indiana (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) Ability to obtain associate-level licensure (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSW) within 6 months Strong clinical assessment and case conceptualization skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
