Job Description

We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated Social Worker that can work well with our interdisciplinary team. Hospice of Lake Cumberland is a great place to work and we truly care and appreciate our employees. Our employees help individuals in our community at one of the hardest times of their lives. We help those with a life-limiting illness be able to have quality time and dignity at the end of life.
