Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and medical doctors, to coordinate care for clients.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources and services.
  • Provide crisis intervention services to clients in immediate need of support.
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing strategies for managing addiction and maintaining sobriety.
  • Facilitate workforce development programs to help clients gain employment skills and find job opportunities.
  • Coordinate childcare services for clients who are parents or guardians.
  • Implement crisis management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in emergency situations.
  • Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage behavior change and promote client self-efficacy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring other social work professionals.
  • Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and addiction counseling.
  • Knowledge of workforce development programs and resources.
  • Familiarity with Medicare regulations and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
