Provides clinical assessment and case management for families and young children in a childcare program. Supports social-emotional development, creates service plans, and coordinates care with families, providers, and state agencies (DCF/EEC). Maintains compliant documentation and delivers trauma-informed, culturally responsive services.

BSW required; MSW preferred
LSW/LCSW
