Dates/Hours:

June 29-August 28, 2026 Mondays through Thursdays Hours may vary

Minimum Qualifications:

1.Bilingual Community Relations Facilitator or ELL Parent Advocate 2.Successful school EL registration/testing experience 3.Capable of working with parents to conduct home language surveys, explain program placement, and complete required EL forms required for registration 4.Technology skills needed to complete documentation in the district online registration system 5.Demonstrated skills in organization, communication, problem solving, collaboration and team building

Responsibilities:

1.Assist with Home Language Surveys via phone interview, ELL designation forms, ELL forms 2.Interpret for the ESL teacher who explains the test results and program recommendations to parents 3.Assist with scheduling initial identification tests when necessary 4.Assist with student records from previous schools and determine proficiency level and program recommendation 5.Work collaboratively with the Director of Bilingual Education and the Director of School Registration and Parent Information Center
