Description of Service Opportunity:
Coordinate with HSEP caregivers both before and after school to ensure students are engaged & supported.
  • Communicate any student attendance issues, pertinent information and upcoming HSEP events to families.
  • Responsible for facilitating after-school family engagement events including but not limited to: Back-to-School curriculum night, Student Showcases and Information Sessions regarding Field Trips, etc.
  • Oversee HSEP graduation and its planning as well as serve as a liaison between families and the school for any student needs related to the ceremony.
Requirements:
  • Background working with at-risk students and families
  • Working knowledge of Google Classroom, Google Chat, and other appropriate applications
  • Currently employed at HSEP
Length of Contract:
September 1, 2026 through June 25, 2027 Contract Amount Not exceed $7000.00 Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. If you are a non-exempt employee and have worked more than 40 hours a week, you will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40 hours
