Aug 31, 2026 Job Description St. Mary of the Annunciation School is seeking a full time PreK Coordinator. St. Mary's is an academically rigorous and supportive PreK-8 community located in Danvers, MA. St. Mary's is dedicated to creating a positive environment where all students can strive for and achieve scholarship, service and self-discipline. The PreK Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, curriculum implementation, and spiritual formation within the preschool program. This role ensures that the PreK program reflects the mission and values of St. Mary of the Annunciation School while providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. The coordinator supports teachers, engages families, and promotes excellence in early childhood education rooted in faith.Key Responsibilities:
Support PreK teaching staff, including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations Coordinate daily operations of the preschool program, including scheduling and classroom management Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and school policies Student records and program documentation Implement a high-quality, developmentally appropriate PreK curriculum aligned with Catholic values Integrate faith formation into daily lessons, fostering spiritual growth and understanding Observe classrooms regularly and provide constructive feedback to teachers Work with the Principal to organize professional development opportunities for staff Promote Catholic identity through prayer, liturgical celebrations, and religious instruction Collaborate with school leadership to align PreK activities with the broader mission of the school Encourage age-appropriate participation in Mass, prayer services, and religious traditions Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication and conferences Plan and coordinate family events, orientations, and community-building activities Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and school administration Support teachers in addressing diverse learning needs and behavioral concerns Support Teachers in the communication with families of developmental milestones, learning needs, or behavioral concernsPosition Type:
